​​Housr emerged from a challenge that I (like every other student) faced during first year – the abrupt transition from the sheltered environment of uni halls to the unknown terrain of the private rental market.

Realising the lack of simple solutions, the Housr concept was born as an all-in-one platform catering to every student housing need; facilitating everything from property searches to house viewings and rental agreement signings.

Housr is rapidly emerging as one of the most disruptive forces in the industry, building a vibrant community that relies on the app for all their housing, bill management, discount, and student event needs.

As Housr’s CEO, I’m dedicated to propelling Housr to the forefront of an otherwise outdated market.

Frustrated with the laborious nature of Student Housing back when I was a Fresher at University, I couldn’t believe there wasn’t a student-friendly mobile app to help students through this process. After discussing the issue with Harry over a beer, Housr was born. A graduate in History, I quickly pivoted into becoming a Software Engineer and spent some time in industry before becoming Housr’s CTO. Housr is my first venture, and what a learning curve it has been! I’m thoroughly enjoying every second, and I’m incredibly excited about our rapidly expanding future.

I came across Housr first as an investor and soon after was asked to join as an advisor. Seeing what Harry & Ben had produced and recognising the opportunity to grow the business we started to plan to take the business to the USA and myhousr was born. I am responsible for the overall operation of myhousr USA alongside my global President role. I dramatically increase the average of the global Housr team, and whilst my college days are far behind me I bring a wealth of experience in many areas including cross Atlantic organisations, hyper growth subscription businesses, organizational implementation and M&A. I remain committed to nurturing team growth, and propelling revenue generation, specializing in devising and implementing enduring growth strategies with unwavering determination. Outside of Housr I have 5 wonderful children, 2 grandchildren and reside in Grand Island, NE with my amazingly supportive wife Kimberly. Prior to myhousr I have held various senior roles including CRO, EVP Sales and CEO.
